It’s been awhile, I had the triple dipper and was not disappointed. Used the app discount for free chips and salsa, which is the best app my food was fresh and hot and cooked perfectly. I will be giving this place another try.

I ordered a Ribeye with mashed potato and steam broccoli, sadly there was not broccoli, not a problem, it can be resolved with communication, I ordered online meaning my info is there. I spoke with Sheryl the manager when I received my food missing an item, her problem solving solution to keep a client happy was to refund me 2 dollars or that I could drive there to pick something equivalent to it, really !! I paid for delivery just to drive a for a side!! The bigger issue here is that she blamed the third party delivery saying that they grabbed the order and left without saying anything and gave them no time to talk to the delivery guy. Really.. How unprofessional do you have to be to blame your problem on a third party service delivery, that should never have left the kitchen without a simple solution, if you had no info or no one to ask, them add some fries or anything maybe dessert but compensate your lack of product to keep a client satisfied, but obviously there is not just lack of broccoli but also lack of common sense or simple care to solve simple issues that transforms into customer dissatisfaction and bad reviews like this one.

Went on a weekday, not to busy. Server was very good at his job. He would come up to us and check on us. Our food came out right on time. Chips and salsa were amazing like always. I also recommend the chicken sandwich with some side of honey mustard always hits the spot , I always get that or the half order of ribs with the in house barbecue sauce is so good.

Yesterday I was so grateful for the staff accomodating our group on the spot. We ate very well and were never left in need. The wait staff worked well together and efficiently. As a former server & manager I was very happy with the service, the food, the communication & positive disposition of the crew. I am blanking on my server’s name but she was great! And was humble to say she’d ask for more insight when she didn’t know the answer to a question. The card system was down so we couldn’t run our own cards and the staff was so gracious and manually ran all our cards. The cheesecake was sooo good I had to stop myself from inhaling it all! Thank you Chili’s!

We came here to eat and I really enjoyed my food. I thought the The atmosphere was pleasant and the food had a lot of flavor. I got the crunchy rolls I can’t think of their name right now though unfortunately. Unfortunately no one else at the table enjoyed their meal. There were 6 of us total my husband said that his steak Was not cook satisfactory. My oldest child said the cheese pizza Tasted funny. The whole entire family enjoyed the spindish dip however.

It’s been a while since I last came to Chili’s things aren’t that different just minor changes. I wont lie I was looking forward to getting the 2 for 20 but found out they no longer have it just the 3 for me. Drink, App and Entree for $10 so I got that I ordered a Mango Ice Tea, then chips and salsa and Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. It’s was all very very good, definitely recommend the Mango Ice Tea. Then I also ordered 2 drinks the Presidente Margarita Mango Flavored and the Margarita of the month The Grand Sunset. Both were very very good. Highly recommend both margaritas. Service was good. Overall had an excellent time. Hopefully I can come back soon.

Chilis and similar establishments are constantly good. This location is clean all around including the facilities, service was quick, friendly, and attentive. Food was solid and as expected. Drinks were well made and reasonably priced. This is a great casual establishment for a meal with family or friends.

So disappointed. Came for my usual to go order with my kids. Typically a Triple Dipper with Fried Pickles, Eggrolls, and Big Mouth Bites. I can usually eat about half of it and save the rest for later. When I got there to pick up nobody was at the register. I stood around and finally just grabbed my bag and left. When I got home it looked like a Lunchable. The burger was totally plain (I ordered it EXACTLY the same way as I have a dozen times before, literally used the “repeat order” button on doordash) it wasn’t even assembled like a burger. The pieces were just thrown into the box on their side. Normally I end up with so many extra fried pickles I have them as leftovers for the next day. I got nine fried pickle slices. The only thing not messed up was the Eggrolls. I’m not sure if y’all changed the way you make this stuff or if this was someone halfway doing their job but I am not sure I would order again if this is what I end up with.

I’m not going lie my husband and I didn’t enjoy our service. So usually we get the 2 for 1 margaritas and we always share a round. So when we walked in it was pretty busy which is understandable for a Friday night. We were patient. The bartender finally gets to us. He asks us what we want . We ordered our margaritas. We also got the 4 wings with fries. I’m not going lie I didn’t enjoy the wings they were fatty and I didn’t enjoy that. I literally only ate two of them. So fast forward we were only able to order one round of frozen margaritas. I guess the machine was down so we felt as though the bartender should’ve maybe warned us ahead of time before we even got drinks. I say this because he told us when it got time for another round that the machine needed to freeze a little bit. We thought okay shouldn’t take too long so we was patient then I’ll say 15- 20 mins later the bartender gives us drinks but they weren’t frozen . So at this point we’re looking confused . This was wasn’t what we wanted & the fact that the bartender wasn’t transparent is what threw us off like at least warn us beforehand. This all could’ve been avoided. Some might say what the deal? We weren’t satisfied and the fact we we’re already waiting patient the entire time is what gets me. Give us the opportunity to choose another establishment who had frozen margaritas. I guess you get what you pay for . This was definitely our last time ever stepping foot in a Chili’s honestly . There’s been other times where other locations have had the same issue with the margarita machine but this experience topped it off. We’re good on you chili’s. If your into frozen margaritas just ask questions first so you won’t be disappointed how we were.
