Excellent service, food and prices. The ribs are some of the best I’ve had at a chain restaurant. Additionally, the skillet cookie and chips and salsa are a must have whenever I go. Finally, with rare exception, the service is always top notch. The servers always bring you refills, are attentive and make sure they provide you with the best possible dining experience. I’ve been coming here for years and plan on coming for years to come.

I felt rush, the server was taking our order within 5 minutes of sitting down. He didn’t give us time to look at the menu. I usually know what I’m going to get but the rest of my party felt rushed. The water had a very bad taste. It over all didn’t feel like a good experience. I didn’t feel like I was at a chilis. It felt different the vibe was off. I do want to say entrees came fast and so did the appetizers. However that may have been because our tickets entered the kitchen, right as we walked into the restaurant.

The fudge came with what looks like lipid residue on top. The cake is obviously stale if you look on the edges you see a color difference. It tasted awful. Threw it out.

This is the best chili’s. I come here often for date night 2 for 1s. We are seated and waited on right away. Our waiters have always been more than welcoming and attentive throughout our meals and we have never had an issue with our orders. We order both dine in and take out and we have always had positive experiences. We continue to make this chilis our favorite spot.

The hostesses were unfriendly,while waiting for the food we were watching our favorite team and they were switching the channel not ask if we were watching. The food was completely dried out. We ask for a replacement because the one she bought back was worse. We ate very little of our meals. and told the waitress we ate all across America and this the worst ever. She didn’t bother the call the manager to fix the situation. All she said sorry and laughed about it.

We had a great family meal here. Turned up on a Friday without booking and they squeezed us in. Kevin, our waiter, was so attentive, polite and welcoming. Good food and even though they forgot our shrimp and corn, they quickly rectified it. Great atmosphere. Would recommend

I’ll start with the tables all covered with some sort of sticky substitute. We checked other tables, and they were all the same. The waitress said “it’s the cleaner causing the finish to be so sticky.” She then gave us napkins and kids menus to line our disgusting table.
