Cooper was an excellent server! Food was delicious! My daughter took me out for Mother’s Day dinner. I had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta with added chicken. My daughter had a 10oz. steak with loaded mash potatoes and broccoli. Excellent service and food!

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch on Sunday. We waited a long time at the entrance with no greeting for a long time. The waitress was pleasant but not around much. My daughter’s burger was charred black. For the price we spent, we will not return.

This place really-really is the worst Chilies. I’ve eaten at the chain in multiple states. Servers seemingly have no dress code and don’t know the very basics of their own menu. It was like trainees on a Friday night with hardly anyone in the place.

Do not order the fajitas with cor tortillas. They are too thin and brittle to roll. The filling and beans were good but a bit salty. The margarita was excellent. Service was ok. The server was pleasant.

Waited 10 – 15minutes to be seated. Place was fairly empty but the young lady seating people was cleary by herself and when finally seated she said she was going to make sure the seat was clean. When we got to it , it was dirty. Floor had a lot of food on it and clearly war not swept or anything. Ended up just leaving. Obviously understaff and quality was affected.

Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back! Sadly this restaurant has gone way down over the years. It used to be one of the best around town but they can’t keep employees so service is poor.. we had to ASK for napkins, silverware and drink refills and our alcoholic beverages were basically overpriced fruit juice. Food was mediocre, not hot, over seasoned and they remove things from the menu that are ON the menu and it took the manager to come and explain it; and their portions have gotten smaller while prices have gone up. The entire experience has become like the concessions stand at the football stadium. With this I can’t say I’ll be going to this or any other Chili’s location again. Sad loss for a place we at one time went to weekly for almost two straight years!

Been a LONG time since I’ve been to Chilis. Apparently wasn’t long enough. Got a salad to-go, pre-tipped well, sign says to sit in car and they’ll bring it out, sat for 10 min and then walked inside. No one around. Food sitting on a shelf. Gotta say, this was one of the most basic, sad salads I’ve had. Sooooo many other restaurants around here with far better food (even fast food). Baffled that places like this are still open

So I came in right after work 6:30 Friday night and asked to try the new Blackberry Petrone Margherita. It was the yummiest drink ever! I had to try the Alex’s Burger with avocado and special sauce that had just the right amount of spice but not too much! Loved the atmosphere and the food was great but the star of the show was the blackberry Margherita! I will be back!❤

It wasn’t good. We came in and there were a lot of empty tables. They were all dirty. So, we had to wait until the hostess cleaned one of the empty tables (which was nice of her). The food was meh. It was just really filthy. The floor was sticky and dirty. The service was okay.
