The food is delicious, comes in large size portions. The potato soup is a very good dish. This place is clean and neat inside and out, restroom space is at a minimum of 2 but very clean and neat! Customer service is exceptional, even as the manager during my first time visit to this place did not convey a personal warm welcome to my table as was offered to other guests but all the “servers” were exemplary and made my first time visit Amazing! I highly recommend a visit to this place, you will be made to feel welcome by their wonderful staff! Thank you “Staff” for an exceedingly awesome experience!

Food was good, service was not. It took over 15 minutes for us to get our drink orders and nearly 45 minutes for us to get our food. Our waitress was kind, however more occupied at the bar and we were not able to get everything we needed. There was this tall guy, Nick, who did an exceptional job and helped us more than our waitress.

I found that the young people that greet you at the door are very dry and unfriendly. They need people to make guests feel welcome. When they are not busy they are texting or playing games on their phone. But other than that my food was good servers were great.

I planned a lunch outing with my family at the new Chili’s in Avon. I ordered the salmon meal with steamed broccoli. The salmon tasted fine. As I was eating the steamed broccoli, I saw some spots of mold on the broccoli. It ruined my meal. I was nice enough not to say anything. I let it go. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I wish I would have taken a photo of it. Chili’s owner, please have your cooks check the quality of the food that they’re cooking!!!!

Decided to visit the Avon location for my first Mothers Day instead of North Olmsted. The food as always was great but the service we experienced was horrendous! Our server was Britteny, and she was VERY rude and she made us feel like it was an inconvenience to serve us. Every question we had for those at the table who were (new to Chili’s dining ) she was annoyed to answer. She never came back to give us refills , and only checked up on us when we were done. I won’t be coming back to this location and will continue to go to North Olmsted. Please educate your staffers on better customer service. I had a great day until we came to dine in with you.
