I came to this restaurant for lunch on my way back to TX with my family, I had a really bad experience. We weren’t serviced right, literally felt neglected, don’t know if cause we’re Hispanic or cause our server was in a bad mood but we were ignored while the others were serviced. I definitely wouldn’t bring my money here. Also the food wasn’t good, the wings I ordered were undercooked and had to ask 3 different people for drinks. Once we paid we didn’t get a receipt went to ask for one from the bar and lady was super rude! Definitely don’t come here especially if you’re Hispanic.

It was 8 of us dining for a meeting all on one ticket. The host informed us we had to sit at separate tables because the lobby was closed on the other side. After speaking to management we were seated together on opened side. Our hostess was great and food was good..Thanks for showing great customer service.

What a horrible time, the bartender was our server and bartender and was way overwhelmed. She was unattended couldn’t get refills or even get the check. She forgot my mom’s drink and waited over ten minutes for her drink. Never one time saw manager to help or check on her guest. This is one chilli’s I will not be back to. At least the food was good.

We sat at the bar, and Tiara was the bartender who waited on us. She displayed excellent service and professionalism, was very friendly, and extremely efficient, even as the bar and bar area began to get crowded. The other staff members were seen helping each other as well. Highly recommend this Chili’s establishment.

Worst service ever!!!!! Paid $18 for drinks and just left 05/21/23 @ 5:54 pm. The person who waited on us, no smiles, no greeting, didn’t bring out the appetizer, and basically did absolutely nothing right. We left before getting our meal due to the awful service. If I could rate a zero, I would! 🙁
