My husband ordered the quesadilla and a side of fries. The quesadilla came out just over room temp and was greasy and soggy and just looked totally unappetizing. He was super hungry so, surprisingly he was just going to go ahead and try to eat it even though I immediately said “that looks terrible. I would send that back”. The side of fries was brought out in a small bowl and they were just above room temp and soggy as well. We went ahead and asked for fresh fries and seriously, maybe 30 seconds later another small bowl of slightly warmer soggy fries were brought out. Pretty sure you can’t make fresh fries and get them to the table in 30 seconds. That was pretty lazy and disrespectful in my opinion. Long story short, we left without eating. The waitress was nice, besides not asking for the kitchen to remake the fries, but that’s the last time we’ll be coming here.

Food was delicious however we waited over ten minutes for a drink refill and only checked on twice by our waitress who by the way spilled tea on our food as she was refilling our beverages. Her attitude was also horrible, will not eat here again if I have her for a waitress

Had a great burger. I worked at chili’s during my school age years and this was best burger I’ve ever had from one. The manager on duty was really nice and friendly. The bartender was nice my only complaint was as it got closer to closing she was making rude comments as people came in.

Food was Luke warm understand it was july 4th but still unexceptable bartender touching his hair and face and I get it he hurt his foot with blood coming out of his ankle limping management I’ll give you coupons no THANK YOU!!!! I’ll never go back to this location again I live here and I’ll truly share my experience at this location what has happened with chilies and the food
