Jacob was very accommodating and helped us get the vegetarian options even though we came at closing time. He definitely deserves the recognition (and a raise $$$ if management sees this). Single-handedly he was taking care of all the guests with a smile. Management needs to hire more people though. The bartender was not helping taking any tables and this poor guy was running around to make everything happen.

We came in about 12:40 and had to wait a little until they got caught up. There was no one in front of us. The food is good, but I would prefer onion rings instead of fries. I’m not sure if they have onion rings. It’s not extremely expensive, but not cheap either. I would recommend this place, but if you come in a 1pm, then the service will be better.

I love coming here to cool down after a day at work. When I’m at the bar Nick takes care of me everytime. Couldn’t ask for better service, same goes for Dalton. For decades we used to love taking our kids to Chili’s, but after our lunch yesterday it is clear the food quality has really dropped. I’m giving a 2-star because the servers were kind and attentive. The food quality was consistently 1-star.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Chili’s but this night, they weren’t on top of their game….. AT ALL!!!! My group got their food late and my sister in law didn’t get her food until we were all finished eating. A lot of our orders were wrong. The only decent thing was our waitress was attentive.

We stopped in for dinner on a week night. I really appreciated that the waitor was willing take our entire order at the start to help expediate the delivery of food to our kiddos. The food was tasty and we were able to leave before any melt downs. The 2 for $22 is always a great value and the Cajun chicken was incredible. The kiddos loved the blue hurricanes as well. We really enjoyed our visit and would come again.
