We had dinner at this Chili’s location yesterday. We waited a while to be seated but noticed there were empty tables. Puzzled. Once we were seated, our waiter explained that their system was down and asked for our patience and understanding.

DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT HERE!!! Well first my wife and I barely go out to eat or even order food for pick up so you can imagine how excited we were to get our food, but my wife’s burger hardly came with any fries and my ceaser salad had maybe a half a hand full of lettuce in it. We also asked for utensils but didnt recieve them because we’re in the process of moving and ATM do not have anything out or paper towels. We love chilis but this was a terrible mistake to come to this one. The burger was good tho, and my wife said she like the tortilla soup.

I forgot to take pictures, but my family and I went out to eat tonight and the service was absolutely wonderful! We had been seated and only been waiting about 20 minutes before the manager came out and asked if we had been taken care of. She gave us a free appetizer for the wait and we were checked on multiple times during our dinner. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best I’ve had recently! Everything was all around wonderful! Shout out to the amazing manager Dominique for her attentiveness and attitude! She had everything down and was ready to serve!

We were seated right away at weekday lunchtime. Order was taken quickly by Ben. Food was brought in a very short time and it was all very good. The best part was the awesome, kind and patient service by Ben, our waiter. Happy guy and good attitude!

I worked an 11 hour shift and I just wanted a nice warm soup after work. With a quarter full restaurant I waited 5 minutes for the host. No biggie whatever. She seats me on the west side window with a menu and even showed me how to use the blinds to see the sunset. As I’m sitting alone in a bright jacket (hard to miss) in the middle of these tables of people. I watch server by server go by each making eye contact with me. After 15 minutes! I was able to find the girl who seated me to ask for my server.

Our experience at this Chilis was fantastic! Our server- Sam- was great! We hadn’t been to a Chilis in a while so he went through it a bit with us. We were going to order 2 entrees to share but he warned us how big the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich was, and we so appreciated that! If we had ordered more food, we would have wasted money and food as that sandwich is incredibly delicious and filling (and gigantic!).

Food was good and well prepared. Hostess walked up to greet customers in a super slow walk although she was friendly when she finally got there. They had run out of napkins (11 am on a Sunday) and so gave us a couple of thin bar napkins. Just weird that they wouldn’t have an employee run to the store to buy enough to get them through the day. Also tried to order decaf coffee, they didn’t have it, then asked for hot tea…. didn’t have that either…..
