The new location is nice, but the service is super slow. We had to wait almost 10 minutes before our drink order was even taken. By then, I already had my meal selected. It took quite a bit longer to actually receive our drinks. I’ll give the food a flat out 3. I’m not even going to wait to get my food to post this. I’ve eaten at this place 3 times now, and I feel service is the same every time. The spot is conveniently located by my house, and I gave it a few tries, and I will tell you this is the last time my wife and I come back. I could’ve driven across town to a different chilis and almost been walking out by now. Also, to top it off, both entrees didn’t even come out anywhere near together. We didn’t even get to eat together. Service was so bad that we actually informed the manager we would be walking out before receiving our full order because of the delay and bad service.

Stopped at chilis to grab a bite to eat. Had great service. Waitress was very friendly. Didnt take long to get our food, which by the way was good. Waitress Checked on us a couple of times, even Toby (manager) checked on us to see if all was good. Thank you so much. We greatly appreciate you and the great service . See y’all soon.

We went in for dinner today around 6. We were seated right away. It took almost 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. At that point we were ready to order. He took our order, went to the kitchen and came out with refills for another table. Someone else brought out our drinks about 5 minutes later. I ordered a soup as my entrée my husband ordered fajitas. My soup came out. We thought my husband’s food was coming out shortly after, nope. I was sitting with my soup waiting for my husband’s food to come out so we could eat together. After waiting 10 minutes for his food and it still not being brought out, we decided to leave. My husband asked for a manager at the host station. It took about 5 minutes for someone to come out. We told her what happened and all she said was ok. There were 6 tables including ours and 2 servers. This was our 3rd time into this location. Each time the service has been poor. We will not be returning to this location.

The food was very good but the service stunk. My friend and I were seated and left for a long period of time without a glance or a word. A couple came in after us and were immediately served salsa and chips and a little while later their meal was served. I was annoyed and had to flag down an employee to get some service.

Ordered a well done steak I got it medium and I can not have a steak that’s pink at all!!! they did take it back and refried it but it came back and it was still pink. So I went ahead and asked them to take it off the ticket or at least half and they did so I really appreciate it that. But other than that food is always great here I will be back.

Everything was great. Good food, plenty to eat and leftovers to take home on the $10 lunch specials or 3 for me. The family enjoyed the chicken enchilada and loaded baked soups, chicken Quesadillas, chicken sandwich and boneless chicken wings. The only downside was that it was a little loud because of the TV’s where we were sat in the bar area.

So ordered thru the app from this Chili’s location for the first time, my grip has nothing to do with the delivery or workers that made the food its corporate. When did they change the original chicken crispers? They went from thick well breaded to small, thin, and tough dry chicken with min breading. Very sad to spend over $50 and most of my food went to the dog, atleast the honey mustard hasn’t changed

2 stars but only because the gentleman on the carside helped me… otherwise 1 star!! My sister ordered her food over the phone. The waitress on the other end could not understand my sister whatsoever. Finally I took over the phone, tried to order and she didn’t understand me either. A gentleman comes on the line and kindly and tentatively takes our order. Fast forward- we got to carside. The sign says something like “relax, and we will come out to you.” 3 minutes or so goes by, no one comes out. I called and the same lady answered and I mentioned we are here. She said “okay, someone will be right out.” About 5 minutes later, a woman has help carrying an order outside. The girl then comes to us and asks us what the name for the order is. We told her… we waited and waited. About 15 minutes later, (I did my best to remain patient)I figured they were probably short staffed or super busy. I ended up going inside. The gentleman on the phone hangs up his call and asks for my name. I told him I have been waiting outside for more than 15 minutes and the girl never came back out. He verified that our meals were ready and no one told him. He was apologetic. I appreciated his help. But I definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.
