Soooo!!! I don’t like leaving negative comments because im all about helping the community. I went to this truck Expecting a Dominican throw down! and I was very disappointed. I ordered a “chimi” and it had a after taste I couldn’t deal with. I also ordered beef with plantains the beef was very salty, Had to dip it to the Mayo/ketchup to take the salt away couldn’t finish it. Customer service don’t know her name but I simply ask if it’s pre cooked or it’s cooked freshly because I like my beef Medium rare and the attitude I Got “we cook everything fresh” when I was simply asking a question. looks like a new owner took over but not sure. So wouldn’t recommend. Hope this can educate and they can do better, and the yaniqueque was Burned!!!

So I’m giving this place a 5/5 because the customer service was top tier, for it to be a food truck place it’s least excepted for them to come around and ask “how’s everything” , even though they’re not actually Dominican the chimi de pierna and chimi de res was really good

Was expecting something better then what I got to start of while she was making the food she was warming up the pre cooked beans in the microwave not that I’m complaining of the beans my complain is the food looked nothing like the picture rice was not cooked properly it was undercooked still had water from when it was being cooked chicken was completely way overcooked almost burnt the plantains were burnt completely burnt the presentation was horrible the container she served it on had holes in them was a waist of money and never trying it again.
