My family of 6 stopped for lunch on our way through and man! It was super delicious. I had the California burrito (ssooo good), my kids loved their carne asada tacos and my husband his birria tacos. The horchata was pretty good, too. The canopies provide shaded seating on a hot day.

Great spot for quick lunch. We passed this town on our way to Portland,OR and stopped for lunch. Had veg taco combo plate and birria tacos(the owner got delighted when we requested for these tacos) He also gave us a sude of rice and beans on the house. great fresh tasty food. Ordered the burrito bañado with birria meat and asada total. Both really good! Their salsas have alot of flavor too. Located in a tiny food truck park in Pendleton. Definitely recommend it

Came to this spot while visiting pendleton from Portland and might I say they are the best tacos I’ve had in the pacific northwest. The menu offers items not found at most food Carts. The Wallla walla and shrimp tacos are amazing!! The tortillas must be handmade becsuse they were like none I’ve had before. Definitely give this place a try.

We had excellent burritos at this taco stand. Unlike most food trucks, they bring your order to the table. Yummy sauces provided. Covered picnic tables held off the unusual late spring rain. Would definitely go back next time we are through Pendleton.

I have been going to chimús for years now and I absolutely love the service! The man or girl that is working takes time to bring the food directly to my car after our order is ready. The tacos are simple and me and my family love sitting outside in the summer under the covering to enjoy our food.
