When I lived in Berlin Township this was our favorite Chinese place (really one of our favorite restaurants actually). I moved to Port Huron a little over a year ago and after trying the many many Chinese places out here none of them come close to being as good as this place. I literally drive to Almont and go to my Mom’s in Emmett to eat it whenever I have a craving for Chinese (especially their egg drop soup!). I always order way too much and we eat it for at least 2 more days

I have been here maybe 20 times since moving to the area a few years ago. I have never had a problem. We have always received the items we ordered and the food has been tasty. Family run they work hard and my walk in food order is always ready in 20 minutes or less. I reserve my 5 star ratings for the best restaurant’s so being a small strip mall style, mainly take out, with good food, I have to give them a little less than 5 stars.

My husband and I live in Richmond and this restaurant is WORTH the drive!! So far, I have tried 3 different types combos and I loved each one. The portions are extremely generous, and the prices are great. The quality and size of the beef and chicken they use is very hard to find in a takeout place. By far the best Chinese take out place we’ve ever been to! Food is so great.

First visit here and it was wasted money. Couldnt even eat the pad thai because the smell was so bad. I know its odd but it smelled like barn animals. I tried one bite and it tasted how it smelled. I was nauseated the rest of the night. Ive never had bad pad thai from anywhere else. My bf is not picky at all and couldnt even pretend to enjoy his dish either. Was hoping to find a decent chinese/thai food close to home as there are not many local options, but sadly this was not it.

Had lunch here on a whim. I ordered the orange chicken for takeout and it was one of the best examples of americanized Chinese food. With fresh meat and vegetables, fried rice, and even fresh orange peel for some added zest, it was truly a relief among the other Chinese I’ve become accustomed to. I will return when I have the craving for Chinese again.

This Chinese restaurant is the best around better than anything in Imlay City, Romeo or anywhere else in Lapeer County. They have a very extensive menu something for everyone in the family. The staff is very friendly courteous and the food is made very quickly I normally only have to wait 15 minutes sometimes 20 if it’s a large large order. Also they have lunch and dinner specials that are very cheap. If you haven’t tried this Chinese restaurant and you live in Almont or the surrounding area you must try it they give you enough food so you can have leftovers later that day or the next day. Just great food!

Consistantly good Chinese food. Think it’s great to see family running the business together. Egg rolls are cabbage, not the good kind. Highly recommended!
