Not many choices in Florence for Chinese food, so China Bay was it. Wed nite in early Aug, a couple other tables besides us meant attentive service. My girlfriend got the spring rolls and veggie lo mein: spring rolls came right away, 3 good size, w dipping sauce. Nice and crispy, and super hot. She said they were perfect. I ordered lemon chicken. It was up there w the best ive had. Food came quick. Great service. No wonder there aren’t more choices in town. There don’t need to be.
