This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. It was room temperature. It looked old and was definitely not fresh. I ordered Sesame Chicken. There were clumps of sauce on some areas and none on others. It looked like they poured the sauce on after putting it in the container instead of tossing the chicken in the sauce or cooking it with the sauce. The chicken breading was soft and falling off, also mushy. It was such a disappointment.

I purchased shrimp with Lobster sauce. I’ve had better. The pork fried rice was terrible, it was old, the pork was dark in color, the peas tasted old. The egg roll was dark and it seemed it was from the day before and reheated. I totally wasted my money. I’ve had this dish at China One and it was great….. I will not return to this establishment……

Good customer service keeps me coming back. Very reasonable prices. But what brought me here today to post a review is the fact. China Bell actually prepares their dishes exactly the way the picture look. There’s not to many places that does this correctly. 1. The picture is what drew my attention to make my food chose. 2. It tastes just as good as it look. I know the kitchen doesn’t always get it praise but I would like to take this time out of my life and show some love to the kitchen. SUPER JOB! On 7/28, I ordered delivery with postmates, 2 orders of fried scallops and large beef lo mein, $26, plus everything else $41. Those weren’t scallops, Those were those fake crabmeat things ! Don’t even try to deny that, I looked at them real close and of course no flavor. The large beef lo mein didn’t have enough beef in it, and certainly didn’t look like the picture. What you did with scallops was stealing, and lo mean was just a bad deal for me. You got me this time, wont happen again !

I’m a creature of habit when it comes to ordering Chinese food so per usual I order either Gen. Tso Chicken or Sesame Chicken, both ex crispy w ex. sauce. I’m not sure the extra crispy part makes the cut every time hence -1 star. The staff is friendly and since getting here the dine in option has been unavailable due to Covid restrictions.

Normally, I am a customer of number one Chinese on old Hickory. However, they are closed for renovation. So I decided to try China Bell. What a mistake! I ordered a large beef and broccoli in the container was only 3/4 of the way full. They don’t even give you a pint of rice. I got large wonton soup and only had five wontons in the big container. definitely not worth $32! I will never make that mistake again!

I wanted to change the onion to onion green and the girl told me no, I had to pay the onion green had not wanted to give me the disposable cutlery for the meal because they were charged separately very bad experience today in china bell
