I order from here all the time. Ordered egg rolls yesterday and they were on point! Today I got some more and the inside was mushy and tasted old. I called and let them know how they were , instead of fixing the mess up and offering us new ones the lady that answered the phone told me to come get my money back and to never order from them again! Very rude customer service, keep the $6 I will never order from here again!!

First time ordering from here, this was the best Chinese food I’ve had in a LONG time! Food tasted clean, is was cooked well, the service was great, it was really pleasant. We are a family of four and only paid $51 for our meal! Easy on the wallet and great in the belly!!! We ordered two BBQ spare ribs dinner combos, one crab Rangoon, one general two and one sesame chicken combo. It was delicious it’s our new favorite spot.

I am in town on a lay-over and, after a bad experience, I walked over to this restaurant. The lady that helped was very nice and took the time to accommodate my order according to my diet needs. The food was pretty good and the service was quick. I am glad I ran into this little place and will come back on future lay-overs.

I’ve never actually been to this restaurant but I’ve ordered several times on Doordash and Grubhub. I don’t know if anyone remembers a Chinese restaurant that was in downtown Syracuse many, many years ago called Happy Palace but they had the best pork fried rice I ever had. The pork fried rice at China Cafe rivals that of Happy Palace and it only took 40 years to finally have that deliciousness once again. I have had many different menu items from China Cafe and they have all been excellent. Whenever I’ve ordered it has always been delivered on time and the food is piping hot. I can’t say enough about the food and service here and honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars.
