I came during mid day for the lunch special to go. I ordered the beef low mein which came with fried rice and a egg roll. Staff was very friendly and wait time was less than 10 minutes. Food was very good and plentiful for a little over $6. Was surprised on how much came in the dish! Overall, a great experience and would recommend for a cheap and plentiful lunch.

I ordered some food, and they didn’t get the rice on my delivery. Call them to let them know, And they affirm, and reaffirm, and reaffirm once again that they did put the rice on the food bag. Well, the F rice is not here. First and last time ordering in this place. Quick delivery, but terrible customer service and food amount is veery small for the money. Sorry, but not sorry

We have tried other Chinese takeout from this area, and it is nowhere near as good as this! We have ordered several times, at different times of day. The food is always fresh and on point! The lady working the front is super nice! Someone mentioned having a hard time navigating the ordering process or it being glitchy, but we have never had trouble ordering (may be a matter of the person and device being used). This will continue to be our go-to for quality Chinese!

Check your food before you leave. I was missing some of my order so I called the manager basically said I was lying didn’t replace the missing food or the money… pay attention. Unless you want to loss money also. Will not be back. Customer service at this place sucks.

I used their website to place an order Okalanachinacafe (not using friendly/ glitchy). Items were cold and them gave me a wrong meal. Called to tell them but had me wait for callback (they were busy) then had me check what website I used then said they’ll callback (never did). Barely got to speak super ridiculous didn’t get to say tell them basic info. Plus in-store wasn’t even busy.

Received a menu from China Cafe that stated they deliver (with a minimum charge). Went to their website to place an online order to just to receive a “no delivery service to your address” message. I understand delivery is only offered within a certain radius, if my address wasn’t included then the menu shouldn’t have been mailed to me.
