Finding Her FREEDOM
We are new to the area and this place was recommended by several people. We were highly disappointed. The rice was undercooked, our sweet and sour chicken was so dry and chewy inside, we could hardly chew it. My daughter ordered BBQ Beef Stick and it was like burnt and like jerky!

To say this place has gone downhill would be an understatement. I used to go here back in the early 2000’s and I would get the Cashew Chicken. I abhor cashews, but there was something about them in this dish that was absolutely delicious. It was LOADED with them. We ended up moving away so we stopped going here. Today we were in town visiting and I had to get my Cashew Chicken! Well, they should’ve renamed it “Celery and Rice” because there was so much celery (and carrots) it was DISGUSTING! There was a total of 5 (FIVE) Cashews in the entire dish! And not much more chicken! I was so disappointed. I don’t know if they changed ownership, got a new cook, or what changed, but I do know we won’t be going back!

Love this place’s food! Great food great prices, just a little odd. Have to call in orders and pick up at a window. Disappointed that on Chinese new year we didn’t get fortune cookies with our meal, was looking forward to that.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I order here all the time and it’s a hit or miss. Tonight was horrible. Chicken was like rubber and was dark brown in the middle. I called and respectfully asked for my money back. I got screamed at and was told her chicken is always good and there is nothing wrong with it and hung up on me. I called back and she yelled again and told me I’m not getting my money back.. I went up there and I again respectfully asked for my money back for her to start throwing everything around and yelling at me again telling me everyone loves her chicken and that I’m wrong. They then grabbed the bag from me and said I’m only getting half back because there was chicken missing. At that point I was so mind blown I just left. Absolutely horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. She should be embarrassed.
