My first time eating here and I was not pleased. I order sesame chicken lunch special. One order of crab Rangoon. A fried chicken wings and French fries plate. I will say the wing plate was good but the sesame chicken was terrible one Chiron fried super hard and tasted old. Then the Sesame sauce was so sweet it was ridiculous you could see the sugar crystals on the chicken. The crab Rangoon was fried to hard and not enough filling in the shells. I Wont return again.

The food used to be ok! The customer service will hinder the taste of the food. No matter how good the food bad service is always a DEAL BREAKER to a decent customer. You call in and still have to wait! I’ve doubled the time that they said it would take and the food has never been ready! It’s almost like they start plucking the feathers off the chicken when you remind them that you are there… WAITING!! FOR A LONG TIME! No mater what size large or small the rice is always miniature. Asked about the fact that the rice is the same size on large and small. My last visit I got home and my sweet and sour chicken was just crust..no chicken I had to return it (guess I shouldn’t have questioned the rice). On top of waiting all day. When you call they don’t ask your name so that is an indication that it won’t matter because you will have to order again when you get there. In the past, I have been hung up on when calling in a order before, when I asked if he was aware that he hung up on me his excuse was that he was busy! Not busy making my order of course, nor writing it down. That’s not the way to retain customers, just hire help! Hire customer oriented help. The sweet and sour chicken and moo goo gai pan use to be good. The time you waste calling in and waiting on it you could probably learn to cook it. You’ll have to make your own rice anyway!

I have grown up , going to this establishment to eat. They always make it feel like home, and yes sometimes the flavor changes, but they always take the criticism well. Plus The guy in the front is very handsome. they serve you a good amount of food for the price. plus the location had ample amount of parking and it is easy to navigate with in the shopping center

The cashier was very slow, we ordered our food an hour earlier and still had to wait an extra twenty minutes for service. When we paid, we handed the man our money and he made it his business to stack my change on top of the counter and pass it back to me.
