OMG! I saw Cindy Margaretta again and again! Before I come to eat Ja Bomb at Kirkwood Mall at Bismarck then she was service me as Bartender. Drink is tasteless, price is pricy then other restaurants. Then I saw again at China Express, I lost my appetite when I meet her. Her attitude was sucks!! Service was so terrible!! She is Endy’s girlfriend. She is illegal. And can’t speak English. Endy has wife at Dickinson and 2 son (Owen and Dillon). How can Endy cheating behind his wife for more than a year.

It was good for the first 2 years when they were new in newtown myself n husband decided 2 try it today after not eating there for a few years was very disappointed had take out honey chicken,beef broccoli,chicken fried rice payed 60 dollars and it was horrible it use 2 be made fresh with take out order but not anymore

Great food, definitely not greasy. I spend 13.95 and literally could barely close my to go box, and the had to give me a second small one for the rest of the food! Staff is extremely courteous and helpful! Absolutely loved it! Food was always fresh and hot when I came through. Been here at least 8 or 9 times so far. Fantastic place to stop. If you like American Chinese food this is the place to go, if you don’t….well that’s your problem.

There aren’t a ton of places to eat in New Town, I decided to try the China Express and was not disappointed. Portions are large, prices are reasonable and food is good. I love “Americanized” Chinese food, so this was right up my alley. Another reviewer warned that the mongolian beef was too spicy. I did not need this warning and can confirm it is really spicy. It is good though.
