I sometimes come and have dinner or lunch at China Fusion, and I sometimes order for take-out. The food is really good and the service is exquisite. They are fully-staffed with all the workers they need to cook your food quickly, and then bring it to you. The chicken is really tender and the fried wontons are actually savory – I ate every last one of them! It’s a spotless-clean little neighborhood restaurant with bright tangerine padded-chairs and benches for both tables and booths. They welcome you and make you feel very appreciated. I’m really glad they are here.

The fact that this place has received mostly positive feedback has surprised me. The food was greasy, overly sweet, or tasteless, and the service was terrible and poorly coordinated. I’m familiar with both traditional Chinese cuisine and the Americanized version, and this place does neither of them justice. If I had to eat here, it would only be in a dire emergency with no other choice, and even then, I’d rather go without food.

Service was wonderful. The walnut shrimp coating could be improved by using a lighter coating. Don’t get me wrong. That’s what I came for so I was happy to get it. Just a little “doughy” on the outside. They brought us extra walnuts which I thought was exceptional. The most wonderful dish was the vegetable. They were so fresh and perfectly cooked, crispy tender!

My husband and i ordered take-out for us and the kiddos after a long day of home improvements. We were disappointed with the options immediately near us (we have tried them before and they were always mediocre at best and highly priced). We decided to try China Fusion. We ordered the family Dinner B and were very satisfied. The food was packaged nicely, portions were great and for the price to feed our family, it was very reasonable! My husband was very pleased with his Veggie Egg foo young, reminded him of childhood. The sweet and sour chicken was packaged to toss in sauce separately (huge win!) We had so much food, that the leftovers were used for lunch (and even better the next day) Not only was it fast, well packaged but the service for take-out was easy and very friendly! We will be eating at China Fusion when we need our Chinese food fix! highly recommend!

I order for take out during my lunch or weekends 5 times a month. I went over during my lunch and dined in. Not sure why the kungpao shrimp was way too salty, fried rice was hard/stale. Only that was made right was the white Stella’s rice. My coworker got fried rice for her side and it was hard and stale as well. I let them know and didn’t seem to care. Not once did they offered how was everything.
