I placed an order on door dash. Called the store right after my confirmation that the order was received to be sure that they received my special instructions on how to prepare my food. I spoke with a female who insured me that they receive the order and is cooking the food. I arrive at the store and a gentleman tells me my order was cancelled by DoorDash. I asked him how and why when I never receive a cancellation and on the app it’s showing my order is ready for pick up. I immediately contacted door dash and they said they are going to call the store because they never cancelled my order. I sat in front of the gentleman until he received that call while being on hold. After half an hour with playing phone tag Come to find out the real issues was with the store. Door dash offered me a promotion and the store is losing out on to much money because of the discount. The store accepts your order deem it as ready and when you go pick up they list on the app that it was picked up collect the money and they tell you that is was cancelled by door dash and that door dash will be the phone to refund you.

Got 3 eggrolls and ate half of one. The ABSOLUTE worst eggroll I have ever had or seen! There was NO FLAVOR, and the eggroll only had cabbage in it. The inside layer of the roll was chewy, I literally peeled it out of my mouth. Disgusting…

Ordered Tofu and Broccoli. I’m passing thru town, ordered thru DoorDash, delivered to motel. See any broccoli ? When i called they said i asked for extra tofu so they omitted broccoli. Whatttt?? Really? Sorry they say. That’s it i ask? Come get it they reply. Since it was delivered this isn’t an option. Not a happy diner of China Garden. Oh, nice touch. They charged me extra for the extra tofu. Notified via email, not via call/text like all door dash. And not asking if it was ok, just “we’re charging you more”. Check your food and your wallet w this place!

we ordered from there for 15 years and they skimped on the beef and forgot our second order of rice. There was no mushrooms or any real meat with the chop soy. They also shorted me on vegetables . It taste very disgusting not what I was expecting. I should have known when the man was very disrespectful and purposely hung the phone up on me. I will definitely be taking my money else where.

Ehhh the food selection is kinda weak compared to other restaurants I feel. I’m on the phone naming various dishes with chicken and according to the guy on the other end, they just got “chicken on a stick ” . I was like “ok that’s fine, just dip it in some teriyaki or bourbon sauce then”, but nooo he just got “chicken on a stick “, so I gave up and got regular ol’ shrimp fried rice . Moral of the story is, unless I’m delivering for grubhub, I will not be back p.s. they are fast tho..I’ll give them that.

The shrimp were big and there were five total, so two starts for that. However, this was by far the saltiest shrimp and broccoli. I bit into one shrimp and it was way too salty. The white rice was gummy.

I always get good food from here for a good price. I really enjoy their Singapore noodles, wonton soup, garlic wings, and egg drop soup. My husband loves their Yang Zhou fried rice. I am grateful for being able to use qMenu to place my order. The place is super convenient for me because it is on my way to my in-laws house.
