So good! I was watching Big Bang Theory around 8pm and they were eating Chinese takeaway and I haven’t had it in years. This did not disappoint. Amazing portion for the price. The veggies and meat seemed so fresh and the sauce wasn’t overly salty. I was sad it didn’t come in the little white boxes that I remember growing up. Even so, this will be my go to. I HAD GOT FOOD POISONING! I had got the special combination platter with beef and broccoli and rice and an egg roll. I had TO GO TO THE ER it was so BAD. the food didn’t taste bad it just made me sick. I didn’t eat anything else that day so I know it was this! will never be back. thanks for the medical bill

It’s aaaight. Food was fine. Inside of the store is “lackluster” some would say but who has time to clean a lobby when you’re busy taking orders and cooking food . I just would never want to know what it looks like behind that plexiglass.

An excellent place for a low-key, relaxing meal with friends. Tasty food, excellent value. Don’t be turned off by the sketchy exterior and the disposable plates and utensils. Service is good and the food is delicious, comfort food. The inside is not upscale by any stretch but has plenty of booths and is decorated with quaint, homemade decorations including children’s drawings and old elementary school projects.

I’ve tried other Chinese restaurants, and i’m never usually happy with their food. This is the only Chinese Restaurant I trust in Waukegan. Their food never disappoints. I believe their food got even better over the years as well. The lady and man who always answer the phone are incredibly patient. Sometimes my family and I have a hard time making a decision when we order, but they always stay calm and professional. Excellent in every way!
