I watched a staff member treat a person with a handicap terrible. They made them go outside and re park because she gets so annoyed when people park there. There is no sign saying not to park there, but I guess annoying counts. When I called to speak to a manager the employee was mocking me to so called manager. Pretty sad establishment.

Food is great, Pam the waitress is fantastic. The lobby could use some work. But it’s a good small town place.

Excellent food and generous portions for the price. The menu is small town quirky: cashew chicken to mini corn dogs. Love the combo plate of sweet and sour chicken and cashew chicken. Service is sometimes great and sometimes not.

Takes a bit to get food, but it is always made to order. I recommend them to anyone who has a few minutes to grab lunch. Their cashew chicken is great amd the burgers are amazing!

They only have steamed rice, not stir fried, and the crab ragoons are so greasy you can see the grease oozing out of the crisp

Absolutely by far the WORST restaurant I ever been to. I had the cashew chicken and crab rangoon. The cashew chicken was meh, it was bland with some kind of gravy on it that tasted terrible. The crab rangoon was okay but the sauce was by far the nastiest tasting. I choked down what I could because of the price. Completely regretting my choice to eat there.

One of the Worst Restaurants that I’ve ever been to. It really doesn’t matter what you order from here..it all tastes the same…PROCESSED.. nothing I’ve seen to date, has ever been fresh.. Granted, I have only been to this place 4 or 5 times ( trying so hard to give my previous experience an out) but each and every time I have had the exact same impression. It tastes FAKE . Processed foods are nearly impossible to completely banish, but when everything is frozen or fake, or has had to be modified with preservatives to maintain its safety, its absolutely disgusting..As bad as the food is, that is not the worst part of this place. Employees are incredibly rude.. I have never been to a restaurant that allows order takers to roll their eyes at you because you order 50.00 or more, and also for trying to decide what you want. Apparently there is a time limit to how many minutes you’re allowed to bother these PAID workers. From my experiences, it’s approximately 3 minutes. And is it a requirement for employment here, that you must be able to work 5-6 hours with a sulky stare ??

Food has changed. Used to be a go to spot to eat when in Springfield. Not anymore.

This is my favorite place for cashew chicken. The only thing I could say is I do miss the ham that used to be in their original recipe; it really did made a flavorful difference.

Having never visited this restaurant, I thought I’d give it a try. I pulled in behind the six cars lined up in the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to reach the window. (It took another 10-15 to get served. There was no menu posted except a hand written daily special listed over the window. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to which cars were asked to pull forward to wait for their food, and which just waited at the window. The girl at the window was very pleasant, that saved this review one star. Here’s the kicker…I got home and we opened our two orders of cashew lunch special. Maybe I’m spoiled. I’m used to the cashew places in Springfield. But each of our lunch specials had less chicken than any child-sized serving we have ever ordered. Mine had about five bite-sized pieces of chicken. And why would I want a side of sweet and sour sauce when I have cashew sauce on my meal? This is a restaurant I will NOT be visiting again.
