Good food but not very accommodating. I always order the chicken wings which are flavorful and delicious however, since I don’t eat rice anymore, I requested a small side of veggies yet I get veggies and rice which is full entree price of about 6 bucks…so I end up paying about 12 bucks for chicken and veggies. So from now on I just get the wings . They refuse to just let me buy a small side of veggies .

If I could leave 0 stars for this place, I would. The lady at the front has no customer service skills and is terribly rude. Which is saying something since I’ve worked both retail and food industries for a long time. I placed my order and wanted to eat in and go someplace else immediately after. She took my order and I went to sit down, only to find most of the tables were unclean, save for one. No biggie. Went and sat there, only to be assaulted by the terrible smell of the nearby restrooms. So I got up and asked her politely if she could please clean the tables away from the restrooms. She yelled at me and said, “I don’t have any time!” and waved me off. I was too in shock by her behavior and stood silent. I looked around and saw another customer and she seemed to share in my shock as well. She said that it should’ve been cleaned long before, but shrugged. I thought to let it slide since there were other customers and they all did their orders and received their food and left. Around 15 mins passed by. I stood by the counter patiently and when the lady was just putting in new items to fry (which take a while I noticed) and she stood for a moment, I asked her again. She completely ignored me and I noticed she made a face. I got fed up and told her I’ll just have it to go instead. Which took another 10 minutes. When she gave me my food, I told her to her face that she was very rude and I’m never coming back to this place again. To which she yelled at me and said, “That’s fine! Don’t come! I’m very busy you can’t see?” Yeah, but as someone who’s worked food industry before, multitasking is vital, which she clearly couldn’t do. She kept yelling bye and don’t come, so I flipped her off. I would normally never do that, but she was very rude. I’d advise everyone to not go to this place. Don’t be lured in by the cheap prices. The food is also so-so.

My favorite Chinese place in Greensboro. Now their is nothing fancy or upscale about this place, as a matter of fact it’s the exact opposite. They don’t deliver but in their defense they are directly across from apartment housing (low income) so no need to deliver, they have plenty to serve. Nonetheless the staff is kind, quick with the orders, and gives plenty of food. I’ve always found it to be true that if you want GREAT Chinese food- you must go to the hood to get it!
