Not a good experience! Egg rolls were dried out like something you get late night at a gas station. General TSO chicken was bland and fair at best. Hot and spicy soup was good. Pad Thai and Crab Rangoons were ok. Delivery was very slow. The worst part is they had crazy fees, 9.8% Online Order fee and $2.99 Delivery fee, but the worst was a $1.60 Phone Order fee when I ordered online and not on the phone. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here ever again!

3.5 stars. Not super friendly or welcoming as far as dining in. They sell 2 liters, but don’t even have glasses or ice. They let us have soup bowls because we wanted to dine in. They told us they mainly do and prefer takeout.

Customer service is terrible the receptionist on the phone was very fast talking and rude un professional to say the least the delivery driver asked for a tip and then got rude and confused when I said I didn’t have any more change he said rude things under his breath this is the 3-4 encounter w the delivery driver being rude and unappreciative since when did delivery drivers ask for a tip upfront without knowing if there going to Receive one !! Food was great can’t complain about out that need to get there customer service skill’s corrected also social skills smh

Was not what I was expecting. I ordered Teriyaki chicken and crab Rangoons. Two small pieces of chicken on sticks and rice for 7.49 (And supposedly the lunch price) just seems expensive to me……. I did enjoy the crab rangoons they are very good!

The food didn’t taste terrible but I bought a $14 thing of general tso’s and it was literally one layer of chicken I wish I would have checked my bag before I left. I have never walked away from a Chinese food restaurant my bag weighing that light I feel like I was ripped off and that’s unfortunate because usually Chinese food restaurants give you what you pay for. And not only that lady who gave me the food and I gave us $6 tip when I picked it up just tossed my food onto the counter. Is there any such thing as customer service nowadays. Especially for those of us who tip and almost feels pointless to tip anymore.

Staff not friendly. Ordered coconut shrimp, batter on the outside of the shrimp was comparable to a wash cloth, dried out and absolutely not edible. When I told them about it they said that’s just the way their shrimp was and theirs nothing wrong with it. They wouldn’t replace it or make it right in any way so I left a $13.00 dish setting there that I couldn’t eat but had to pay for it. Other members of my group had similar experience. I would not recommend this place to anybody. If you’re hungry do yourself a favor and get your food elsewhere.

I worked next door to them and ate there almost everyday for lunch! Their fried dumpings are to die for! Very inexpensive too compared to the other Chinese restaurants and nice food portions to go with the price! Go here if you enjoy chinese:)
