First and probably last time eating here. We went in to order and took it home. Staff was friendly and service was quick but the food just wasn’t good. My biggest complaint is the crab rangoon. They were fresh but they had no crab. It was creamcheese and egg roll filling. There was hardly any meat in our 16 meal. There was supposed to be shrimp, chicken, and steak. There was maybe 4 small peices of chicken and steak and only 2 shimp. The flavor was lacking in everything and the white rice was over cooked. The sweet and sour sauce tasted watered down and my egg drop soup was bland. I was really expecting a lot better quality. Over all I’d say skip and go else where.

We’ve gotten take-out here for over twenty years, and occasionally ate in. It used to be fresh, flavorful – the best Chinese food around Anderson (not that there was much to beat.) But in recent years the quality has diminished. Less flavor, less meat, less complexity. Have finally stopped getting Chinese takeout in Anderson.

This is my first and last time ordering from china house. When I called in I was rushed off the phone she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else, the total of the order, or when to pick the order up. I picked the order up and when I made it home the general Tso chicken was over cooked and when I called and asked her about it she says “ everyone likes it like that. So I spent a total of 34.29 here and the food LOOKED good but TASTED bad. I got 2 combos with Lomain noodles and sesame chicken and the noodles were sticky as hell and jus tasted old and dried out. The chicken tasted burnt and old at the same time. Got charged for egg rolls and even told her I didn’t want the egg rolls and got charged for the rice but I never even asked for it. The chicken and broccoli was good tho I’d come back for that and only that the rest iss just so nasty and it will sit in my fridge full n barley eaten until clean out time
