Our first visit went very well, thanks to great reviews. They do a lunch menu Monday through Saturday, from11:00 am to 9 pm except Saturday…..11:30 am to 9 pm, closed on Sunday. Love a lunch menu even on Saturday, rare. My wife loved her happy family, it had plenty of meat and veggies, lots of delectable shrimp too, she got fried rice with her, they have a small upcharge if you want wonton soup, we both did that and it was well worth it, the wontons were large and tasty and the broth was savory, she also got cheese puffs. I went with my “go-to dish” on a first visit, general tso’s chicken with fried rice and an egg roll, all very delectable. We shared as usual. This place has been around forever and as friendly as the people are and food this good….I think they’ll be here for a while. We’ll be back for more goodies.

No no no. I’m going to start by saying these folks are really nice but that food was awful. I ordered orange chicken and I got maybe 20% chicken and the rest was batter. Egg roll was room temp and nasty. And rice was decent but I order shrimp fried rice and I got the smallest shrimp I’ve ever seen and only have 5 of them. I won’t be coming back.

Been coming here about every other month for the past two years. Absolutely delicious Chinese food. The orange chicken is especially amazing and my wife loves the beef lo mein. The owners are super sweet and they are very kind and welcoming to all their customers. Take out is very fast, and dine in is good too. If you’re looking for inexpensive, good quality Chinese food then I highly recommend China House in Sharpstown.
