Food is very mid about a 4/10, also more expensive than I was expecting I spent around $30 on two entrees. I don’t really have any complaints about the customer service, but it could’ve been better. I My standards aren’t high but I was really expecting more.

Although the food was good. I don’t think I will go there anymore. The customer service was terrible. I was at the counter and the person taking orders over the phone seem to have issues with the callers. He sounded very rude and when I he gave me my food he just put it up on the counter and walked away. Very disrespectful in my eyesight. Terrible. I gave it a 2 just for the food. Also the lady standing up there never turned around to acknowledge me and when she went to get something from the back, she never even looked my way to even say hello. I work in a restaurant and we have fantastic customer service. They suck.

Have always had an excellent experience here until today! Had the worst dried out over cooked food I’ve ever had! The egg rolls were over cooked and dry, the poopoo platter was dry and overcooked with barely any meat on the bones, the vegetable egg foo young was just broccoli, no carrots peas onions just an over flow of broccoli to the point it was very unappetizing. Just so disappointed that I wasted so much $ on non edible by me food. Learned to never eat there again!

Place is a joke! Have ordered in the past food is ok. So I get a call after I place my order for someone there to tell me $3 dollar tip is not enough. I hang up. He calls again to tell me we got disconnected and he wanted to again let me know that $3 is not enough. I told him cancle my order he hangs up. Then he calls again to ask me if I’m sure I want cancle. Stated yes and hung up! Will never order from there again only reason I do it becuase they sell half fried chicken with French fries. Top of it they want to charge you $2 delivery fee.

Very cool place with the coolest auntie. Always using big voice to customer because she speak some Chinese menu language only. And she loves talk to amigo. Remember, if you say you are very good work, you have 80% to get dry noodle for free. How do I know it? I am working in this restaurant! LMAO, she will not let me take care of customer once she take customer first. Oh well….. please be mercy on her. She is not the devil from hell…. She is nervous if she got many orders in 1 time.
