I went here because I had to be in Fairport and I saw that there were some okay reviews. And, I will say that the fried dumplings were okay. It seems that they make their own wrappers because they’re nice and thick and chewy. The Kung Pao chicken, however, was not good at all. I’ve had Kung Pao chicken probably a thousand times in my life from many different restaurants and this Kung Pao was unlike anything I’ve had, and not in a good way. There was hardly any chicken in it and it was covered in a thick, goopy, unappetizing sauce. The “fried rice” was artificially yellow and had no taste except for a hint of old oil flavor.

Amazingly good. I already had high expectations when I walked in but I was still blown away. I got the chicken fried rice. Everything was excellent. The staff were supper friendly. I can certainly recommend this to anyone. Small businesses like this make Fairport Fairport

Amazing amount of food, that tasted fantastic. This hidden gem of a restaurant is a new favorite of the family. Huge combo meals for only $8.95 This place was very busy, but they handled thing perfectly and we only waited 15 minutes.

I have been going to china king for years. Great food! Price is great too. BUT the last visits I dread calling OR going in. The boy who answers and/or when you go in to order is NOT polite at all!!! . He just seems like he has to be there and doesn’t want to be there.! Please have someone else answer your phone OR be up front. I really don’t want to go somewhere else.

Excellent steamed dumplings! This place serves the thick, chewy pork dumplings. They appear to be homemade. Too many Chinese places these days are using cheap, frozen gyoza, which are not Chinese style dumplings, and are usually terrible. Not this place! The General Tso’s Chicken and fried rice were perfectly average.
