The man who owns this place is down right rude and I can’t believe he’s been here this long. I called in an order for vegetable chow mein the wife took my order 20 min later when I go to pick up “We don’t have an oder for that” I showed him my phone to verify I called right place “Yes our number but no one took that order. Ok placed my order “We can’t do combination w vegetable fried rice you want chow mein small or large you’ll have to order a rice separate, ” ok sir I’m good have a good day w your Rude self

They have the WORST customer service ever! I don’t think I have ever had such horrible customer service at a restaurant in my life. They are not accommodating at all. He gave us a hard time about substituting lo mein for rice even though we offered to pay and he wouldn’t even give me a few mushrooms even though we again offered to pay. He wont speak when you come in. I dont even know how they are still in business.

The food was good, fair price and clean. I stopped in just after lunch and got a nice serving of tofu and veggies. As far as I can see it is the only asian restaurant in town. The owner is not real good with his english but they got a gal that is who has happily worked with them for years.

BEWARE EATING HERE. I WAS THERE AND after seating down with a plate I WATCH THE COOK(WHICH I later found out is the Dad) wipe his nose with his hand and continue to touch everything and went to back to fix food without washing his hands at all. I was kind enough to tell the son in private and choose not to eat but they felt the need to cause a scene because I choose not to eat and was going leave. They called the cops and demanded I pay for that untouched plate. It escalated and I never will support this business again. I STRONGLY suggest if you observe anything that not healthy and may violate health code, even cold food to report them to Environmental Health in Kenansville and don’t be afraid to call them out on their bull, record and take pictures as well.

This restaurant was HORRIBLE!!! The staff were rude…the food was HORRIBLE.. me and a friend of mine went to this restaurant.. told the waitress we would eat buffet.. we sat down and got our food… it was terrible.. we asked if we could just order from the menu.. she said ok.. so she bring us the menu..and a guy walks from the back and tell us that we would have to pay for both buffet and menu orders… worst service and food ever

This is a horrible restaurant run by horrible people. I just left there. One hour before buffet was over, my family went to eat, there was no food on the bar and the owner refused to cook anymore but wanted to charge us for buffet we didn’t eat!! He wanted to fight us ! We paid for our tea but will never ever give these nasty people another dime of our money. I suggest you don’t either.

I was using Android Auto and called in an order to what I thought was the China King near my home in Pink Hill. I went there to pick up my order and they said they hadn’t gotten an order. In my contacts I have the China King in Pink Hill. I called this China King and tried to explain I made an order by mistake and I tried to ask where they were located. He called me a “MFer.” I could not have called at all. I eat at this China King as well sometimes, but I won’t be going back after being called a MFer. I realize I made a mistake and tried to call and explain. It was a honest mistake

The rudest people ever!!!! Walked in at 2 told them we wanted to order off menu was told if We were not having buffet we were not welcome to sit we had to take it with us.
