The rice is dry the chicken is also dry pulled out 3 pieces of hair and the restaurant looks like it’s going out of business selling shampoo and other things that shouldn’t be sold in a restaurant

Pretty disappointed. I love Chinese food. Ordered the General Tso’s chicken and a side of pork wantons. I tried the wantons first and let me tell you they are hardly edible folks. They were hard and had this gelatinous substance inside I had no idea what it was. The chicken was edible but mushy, not much flavor and not much actual chicken. The best part of the meal was the egg roll. It was ok. I hate giving bad reviews but this place was a flop. Not recommended

I’ve been eating their food ever since they opened … about 8 years ago. The restaurant is owned and operated by Chinese immigrants. These are some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. The food is excellent, the service great. I have come in on numerous occasions near their closing time. The restaurant is scrubbed on a nightly basis. It’s spotlessly clean. They now have two young children who sit at a table and do their homework. No linen table clothes here. Just good food by very hard working people in a very clean environment. They deserve your patronage.

We are not from the area but stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the meal. Food was great and it was very nice to be able to dine in. Friendly service and very clean dining area added to a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Great job China King!!

We’ve been in Greenwood for two years now, we’ve tried the other Chinese restaurant in town and this one is MUCH better than the other. The food here is prepared fresh so when you pick it up its still hot by the time you get it home. It is family owned and the folks we’ve came across that work there are very nice – even the kids. If you have ever been around a small Chinese restaurant like this one (which they are EVERYWHERE) then you’ll know that most are family owned and most have their kids doing homework or other projects in the dining area – mainly because they do not have a lot of people to dine in and probably do not have anyone who could watch their little ones since the family works with them. The one downside to China King would be the new hours where they open in the afternoon on Saturday’s instead of 11am like on the weekdays… but that’s not enough of a problem to complain about 😉
