Food is always good if you actually get your correct order. The last 3 times we have picked up our food it has been all wrong…don’t like getting someone else’s order. For what we pay we expect a 50 dollar order to be correct most of the time. Never again.

They do have the best crab Rangoon around. They also have one of the worst customer service. A custome did not understand the menus choices and the lady behind the counter seemed annoyed to have to help her. The place is not tidy and kept. It makes you wonder how clean they are.

I, too, have questions about this place. I agree that the food was good, a couple times I called to order something and pick it up. But as others said, they seem to be playing a lot of games with prices and trying to con people out of extra money. I had repeated problems with Door Dash orders I picked up for people from this location. I wind up on the phone with Door Dash customer service because the “Red Card” we use to pay gets declined. Then, it’s back and forth where DD customer support talks to China King and they tell me they pre-loaded the card with X amount of money, and to have them run it through again. Declined again…. Then, it sounds like they negotiate something to just charge some price higher than the customer expected, but less than China King was trying to get for the meal. (Ultimately, a lot of my time gets wasted that I’m not compensated for and I miss other deliveries I could have been making money doing instead.)

Website phone sends to a Chappys restaurant instead of to their restaurant, says have a while new menu but website not updated with prices… it’s almost 40% more for the same meal, and the lady’s attitude turned me off to the order. Will not attempt to patron again.

Terrible service, terrible customer service, menu online was wrong so was charged double than what I expected. They don’t speak a lick of English so don’t even try to explain any issues because they won’t understand you. Absolutely terrible for less than par food. Thumbs down

Food is always good. But they pick and choose when to price gouge. I ordered the lunch special for me and my wife. The lady on the phone repeated back. When we get there it’s an oversized dinner portion. When confronted there is then a lack of broken English saying “no, no, no – this is correct.” This happens occasionally over the last two years of us ordering here. Food always has great taste but there is definately a game being played to get more money from customers and use the language barrier as a way to deflect. There seems to be similar comments on this place as well. Thanks.

they scam u. please there’s so many other chinese options that are so good. the people here are rude and they’ll literally charge u so much money for something that’s supposed to be so much cheaper. even on the lunch special, they try to get u. please understand that if u don’t wanna get screwed over, go somewhere else like china star in east alton which they deliver and they are all the sweetest people and don’t try to f u over with their prices.

For one, they always over price. They will give you a price over the phone then charge you more when you come pick it up. If you notice they do this you can call them out on it and they lower the price back down. Lastly, every time I’ve been getting food and every time there has been hairs in my food

The guy who often work the front counter is the rudest person I have EVER ordered food from. I don’t recommend the restroom. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned. Food isn’t too bad but not up to par with its other locations. Customers keep your lights on so don’t be a jerk! BTW prices are insane for this type of food. Goodbye!
