First time I ordered PLAIN fried rice. It had egg and onion. I had to have them remake it because the reason for ordering PLAIN was my son being allergic to egg. Second time I order from them they burnt half the food. You could hardly bite into the sweet & sour chicken and when you could the chicken was dry and burnt. We ordered PLAIN lo mein. My son eats all the time and never has an issue. Last night he had an allergic reaction and broke out in hives all over. Awful food.

I have this food delivered four or five times a month. I called directly to the store and have it delivered. The price is reasonable the food is always good and the delivery gets to me quicker than promised. If you’re looking for good Chinese takeout at a fair price then I highly recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had them drop of a flyer at our door. Thought we would give it a try. Called placed our order over the phone. Was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Ended up waiting 2 hours for our food to be delivered! The food was cold and gross by the time it was delivered. Tried to call the store multiple times to speak to the manager was told she was on the phone but would call back she never called back. Call and asked for if the manager was off the phone was told yes… then we asked to speak to her she magically was on the phone again even though they just said she was not on the phone. Asked for a refund was told the driver would come pick up the food and we would get our refund! Ridiculous it took you 2 hours to deliver and then want food back. We had threw it away. Told her she could come get it from the trash and she said we can’t refund with out food so again we said come get it from the trash because we could not eat it. Then changed to oh we can refund with out food but owner would have to do it tomorrow. Seriously being lied to over and over is not a good way to run a business. Moral of the story never ordering from here again.

This used to be our go to place until this visit. Multiple times our food was over an hour late. This time our food was cold and soggy. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new regular place. (We live 2 miles away…)

Standard Chinese food. Not great and not bad. Got several dishes and the chicken fried rice may have been one of the worst chicken fried rice dishes I’ve ever had. Crab Rangoon is extra sweet here, too.

I have to say that their food is great, but the delivery service is abysmal. Tonight was my sixth, and last, time ordering from them. The first two times were great, but the last four have been terrible. I don’t know what has changed, but the last four times I’ve ordered delivery, my food took over two hours to get here (I live 6 miles away, but have two small children, so picking up is an ordeal), AND it was cold once it arrived. I’ve had to re-heat it every time. I’m sure if you want to go somewhere to eat, or pick up, this place is great, but I highly recommend avoiding delivery from them at all cost.

I placed a lunch order before 3pm and a small chicken fired rice. I got my order place and got an email saying my order will be done and ready to be picked up at 3:10pm just in time before their lunch specials were over. I went to pick it up at store I got home and opened the back to see I only had 2 of the small chicken fried rice. I called the place to say my order was wrong and they tried to argue with me like always. So, I toke the food back up there (which I highly don’t recommend due to covid) gross! And I talk to the place face to face and said again what I ordered and they said that’s not what we got on our end. I said then there a glitch in their system on line. So, they put it in their system to see if there was a price difference and magically there wasn’t. Cuz I know what I ordered and they gave me the wrong order. I will not be going back to this place ever again. I’ve never had this problem before until now! I highly recommend not to go to this place if your don’t want your order messed up.
