Came in around 7pm on a Thursday. I Managed to get enough for one plate. They kept seating people even though there was no food. I asked if they could put out more of certain dishes and said they would but it never happened. Waste of money and food was subpar at best.

I don’t understand how you can run a Buffett and not have any food out. There were 15+ empty plates. And old food with a few pieces out. The sushi was room temperature at best. I would not recommend coming here at all. We’ve been here almost an hour with “fresh” food being promised in “fifteen minutes”. There’s at least 10 tables of people. Save yourself the time and money. Go somewhere else.

What food they had was cold and nasty. I am feeling sick on my stomach as I write this post. My wifes cup was dirty. I was there 20 minutes no new food was brought out. I forced my self to eat 2 chicken on a stick. Everything else I tried I had to spit back out into a napkin. I should have walked out as soon as I saw buffet. I went up to pay before the server even brought bill. Server couldn’t understand when I tried to tell them cup was dirty. When I told cashier food was no good she asked if I wanted to take some with me. I requested a refund and she told me they were not restocking bar as it was getting close to closing. They Close at 9 I arrived at 7:23 I paid and left at 7:48. If I wanted to order a specific meal I would not have went to a Buffet. Isn’t Buffet food supposed to be discarded after a certain period of time. Total Cost of Meal 2 Buffets 1 Soft drink 1 water no refills were given.

Saftey measures set in place. Hand sanitizer and gloves at the Buffet. Tables social distanced and plastic dividers placed between boiths. Staff wore their masks. Great food as well grwat waitress. This place gets a 5 star!

It’s a tad bit dated and definitely could do with a makeover but the foods consistently good service is quick efficient and friendly. It’s all you can eat Chinese go for lunch weekday. I was amazed at the cost. Very reasonable in my book.

Right after walking in the door for my wedding anniversary. It was not a great dinner..Do to a young man staff member in a lady staff member were screaming at each other for 15 minute’s. Then the man just keeps screaming when lady behind the counter tries calming him down…They lost my business I will not return..

Food was ok at best but the servers have air pods in and don’t hear what I’m saying. I told the cashier separate tabs while she had headphones in and she charged all on my card. There was a solution to the problem and it was only $12ish bucks so it’s not a big deal in itself but as a front end manager my cashiers are not allowed to wear headphones or air pods so they can focus on their transactions (and it’s policy) so I know how much having them in distracts you from customers.

Last time we went it was clean and fully stocked. So my 8 year old suggested going again as my Mother’s Day present from him. It was a $50 dollar dinner and it was his money he used to take us out. The business states it is open until 10pm. We arrived at 8:30pm. We should’ve walked up to the bars before he were seated I suppose. The bars were barren, when staff was asked about an item they seemed annoyed but made a dish for us. Thank for they had sweet and sour chicken or the kids wouldn’t have anything to eat. Then after all that I tried to make my son feel better. He thought it was his fault and he ruined my Mother’s Day surprise. He went home crying. The best thing the hostess said after waiting on her to check us out up front standing at the counter was come in tomorrow for the only dessert I wanted as they were out. Honestly this business owes my son an apology and his money back! They could have simply said the bar is closing down but you can order from our menu. I’m completely shocked at the entire experience. I bet this won’t even get a response from the business. I wish I went somewhere else. This is the first parental appreciation day he has been excited about since his father died in 2021. He worked hard for that money.

The food is really good. The service was lacking. We went inside to do a take out order. We weren’t even acknowledged at first. The woman behind the counter just sat there eating her food. Once we finally placed our order, she sat back down and didn’t ask if we needed anything else, drinks, sauces etc. I’ll go back because the food is good but the service does suck.

Let me just say this. Me and a friend went to eat here yesterday afternoon and I already had mixed feelings about it because of what I had read online. I’ll start with what I noticed first, the sanitation grade is 88.00 as of 3/31/2023. But we still decided to eat as there were quite a few other people inside eating… When we were seated before we EVEN SAT DOWN we were rushed into ordering our drinks. So of course I chose water and my friend chose tea. When I got up to go get a plate I noticed a kinda trash smell literally. I turned tiny left and there was a cart next to one of the buffet tables and it was full of old food and plates from former customers. I thought to myself ok… Maybe they’re busy and just haven’t had the time to take the trash out…So me being me I proceeded to go get food anyway because I’m not a picky eater I head straight for the sushi bar. I asked one of the cooks which one had crab meat and cream cheese and they both just stared me down and never answered me . So finally a member of the kitchen staff came out and kinda told me what was what because some have garnishments on top or sriracha etc and sushi is made differently depending where you go. I thought it was extremely rude and we’ve already been treated poorly since the start of this experience. Now as for the food. I have never seen or experienced that poor of a customer service experience in quite awhile prompting me to write this. The food bars were disgusting. The food was disgusting and the trash next to it didn’t help anything complimented with the terrible customer service. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Seriously this place needs to undergo a surprise inspection I bet they would shut them down.
