I eat here occasionally and lately every other day literally. I order online and arrive 25 minutes later and never have to wait and food is always still packaged tightly and kept hot. Meats taste fresh and veggies as well.

I ordered a delivery from this place. The driver delivered the food to the wrong address, the next door neighbors house who took the food. When I called to see where my food was the driver said he realized he dropped it off at the wrong address. He went back to get it and a family member at my address looked out of the door watched the man go to the neighbors house and knock on their door to get the food back & then came to my house to give us the food the neighbors already taken inside their home. When I called back to ask if I could get a refund to send the food & back the first woman politely asked if we would like the food to be remade and sent by another driver I said yes. No biggie. But Moments later, another woman who I assume must be the manager or owner called me back and very rudely demanded where the other food was (which I was more than willing to give it back but the driver took off) and with out asking what happened she started arguing with me, demanding I bring the food back & refusing to remake my food or send another driver. She even said she would not refund unles I brought it back. She was upset as if I was the one who delivered the food wrong. Even upon driving all the way to the restaurant. I walked in, I handed the food the first polite lady I spoke with and then the rude lady walked up and push passed the woman. she didn’t even apologize, for her rudeness or the delivery going wrong, she was so focused on & demanding for the food that she paid no attention to me already handing it to the other woman, who was desperately trying to apologize for her. Definitely don’t order delivery because of they mess it up, your either stuck with the order, or will have to drive to the restaurant from where ever you are to return the food to get your refund!

I should have read the reviews before I order, Combination fried rice had no flavor, it just didn’t look like the ones I had from other restaurants and there was no egg in it, no seasoning. I had to cook it again.

Our dinner was horrible. I have been ordering from them for over 7 years and had no issues. However, my last order was so inedible that we threw it away. I called to speak to the manager and a very rude woman asked me why…I insisted on speaking to manager and she said that she was busy and hung up. If this is the kind of regular customer service China Kings exhibits then I will go elsewhere in the future.

Almost never disappoints. Some of the best Chinese take-out/delivery food I’ve ever had and I lived in California for 5 years. Vegetables are always fresh and cooked perfectly. Their tofu is crisped to perfection every time. Solid, reliable food that is beloved by our family.

I’m so saddened to write this review. Mostly, because what brought me to China King were the overall positive reviews. In any case, let me start off with the good stuff. Their lo mein was delicious as was the crab rangoon. The lady at the register was also super friendly and sweet to us. However, the main dishes we ordered were very heavily breaded. I ordered the pineapple shrimp and lo mein ($17) and my friend had general tso’s chicken. She also couldn’t really eat her dish for the same reason. The shrimp were so heavily breaded, it was like eating a corn dog w/o the stick; I mostly just ate the broccoli and pineapples. Having said all that, sadly, I don’t think I would come back here. It was a bit pricey and very underwhelming.

Messed up our order and wouldn’t give us our money back. We gave every last bit of the food back uneaten and not too mention the yelling at us trying to tell us that’s what we ordered and still wouldn’t give us our money back. To know how much money I’ve spent with them and people I’ve referred to them only to end up in this very disrespectful situation really made me feel some kind of way. I will still stand on the fact the food is very good as well as their dinner specials but their staff is very unprofessional and the yelling at customers let clearly say no matter how good your food is and how many 5 star ratings you get don’t ever let that get to your head to the point where you get comfortable enough to think your entitled to bullying your customers loyal customers at that and for that I will forever speak of this place in disgust after that service. My advice MAKE THEM REPEAT YOUR ORDER AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE THEY BAG IT.

Food is very good. Had the Hunan Chicken, it’s supposed to be spicy. LOTS of chicken and vegetables, cooked great, great flavors, not spicy enough, but has a small kick to it. If you want it spicy, you Need to ask for extra spicy. Egg rolls were good, and hot and sour soup is fantastic. You can get 3 meals from this single dinner order. #7. Well worth the 11 bucks.
