Delicious food, great service and priced right. I had the Kung Pao Spicy Chicken, lo mein noodles and an egg roll. Actually went back and got two more egg rolls, they were that good. China Max s/b closer to a five rating, and I did report the fake/spam reviews posted by bots.

These people have some of the best Chinese food around. Been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. Conveniently located by the movie theater inside the Brazos Mall food court. So, if you’re ever in the mood for some great Chinese food, go to China Max. Just go to the mall and give them a shot I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

We ordered online . Which was close to them closing so it seems. The food was the worst I’ve ever had from there. Only receiving the plates we ordered, which was almost all vegetables,. Not receiving the egg rolls with the meals we ordered or the two extra orders of egg rolls we ordered. Then tried to call them at 7:45 and was hung up on. Evidently they were closing and sent me what ever they had leftover. I would have rather them had not excepted my Oder. Then sending me the food they sent and paid for . not what they had leftover. I will never order from your establishment again.

This used to be great. I ordered for delivery and they got my order wrong and this time they gave me 1 piece of beef in my beef and brocoli. Literally 1 piece of beef. My 2 entree meal was mostly noodles. Very dissapointed.

Great service & Great Meals! We love the Mushroom Chicken, Orange Chicken & Bourbon Chicken. They give you healthy portions as well but went up on their prices. Which sux but you still get plenty of food, they load ya up! A must Try!

This place is a hit and miss. When it’s fresh, it is amazing and so delicious. The staff has always been friendly and pleasant from my personal experience. Every now and then the food will be older and it’ll be dry and it’s hard to finish it. The rice is usually always on point.

Not sure of this was a mistake or prank. Stopped by for a quick meal and ordered a basic burrito. After the first few bites I noticed my burrito was packed with jalapenos. I checked the menu to see if I overlooked jalapenos in the ingredients. No, jalapenos. Continued to eat and picked out larger jalapenos. After I finished my meal and got ready to pay and the waiter asked if I wanted water to go. I declined but that questioned gave the suspension my added jalapenos was no accident.

There are tiers for food. Of the Chinese tiers, buffets are at the bottom. The portion size of this place is as expected. Big. The taste is basic. Nothing special here. Now service is something else. The first time my eyes opened up to reality, I saw the owners having their lunch right in front of the place. They were eating Chinese food, but it was not what they served. First time I realized, what we know as Chinese food is just another version of American food. Because of this, years ago, I made it my mission to find a near authentic restaurant, after over 50 different places, I found one. Funny thing is that it is a couple of minutes from this place. I recommend trying Taste of Nations. That being said, I am thankful that these people opened my eyes.
