Quantity over quality here but the orange chicken, honey chicken and bourbon chicken and lo mein are the most genuine I’ve tasted. I only come to amarillo for this. I have not tried the other things you can’t go wrong with these.

Not a fan, I’ve eaten here a few times and the food is never really that good. They do give you large portions but what good is that if it doesn’t taste good. China Max is in the food court in the Westgate mall in Amarillo, TX. The service is okay, they’re fast but not really friendly, they just want to hurry and get you through the line.

I ordered a two entree meal there was hair from the employees in my food they did not answer thier phone nor did they care once I stated the issue with purcgas My meal no one apologized once I returned to the open location they said I wasn’t here yesterday soo I don’t know what to do

Not yet a customer and I’ll tell you why. The neon red and green sign directly above the food serving area is very dirty. I’ll become a customer when I see its been cleaned. A tip to customer facing businesses… spend some time standing where customers stand.

I had the orange chicken with fried rice. It was great but the fried rice had to much pepper & that’s all I could taste & dont get me wrong it was good but I’d never ordered the rice after that. Also they have really big portions

Went here on Sunday oct 7th at 230 and I asked woman if my child could get just a child portion of chicken and she didn’t want want rice. She said yes but then when we went to check out the lady tried to charge me for an adult, I told her it was a kids. She said no cause we didn’t have rice. AND I would have to pay extra for a drink. I told her to add some rice even though my child didn’t want it she slammed it down and threw rice all over the food and slammed down the drink where it spilled. These 2 girls were very very rude. I won’t be back.
