I’ve spent time in China and this is the best Chinese food in Ephrata. The General Tso was not too sweet, the Kung Pau has a little spice and the Szechuan Beef had 4 of the fierce little red chillis in it. The only thing I don’t like was the Scallion Pancakes were too greasy and the special fried rice needed more vegetables

First time customer, but I’ll be back. Moved to the Ephrata area 10 months ago and have been looking for a good place for Chinese takeout. General Tso chicken was perfect. Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside and flavorful. Portion was right for the price. Egg roll was one of the best I’ve had in the area. I can’t speak to the other menu items, but this was an auspicious start!
