Tables are gross as soon as you sit down, staff is low tempered, food is either stail or soggy no in between. Very unsanitary and unkept. Bill is pushed onto you the moment you sit down. Overpriced and undermaneged.

Absolutely appalling service. We were seated at a table with no placemats or silverware, had to ask for utensils up at the front service station and was handed the incorrect number of utensils (asked for 1 set of silverware and 3 sets of chopsticks: handed just 1 of each). While I understand it was busy the tables seated after us received drinks immediately after being seated as we were ignored until the plates started piling up and only then was our drink order taken moments before we finished eating our meal. When we complained about the lack of service the “manager” acted as if she didn’t know any more English than to say “sorry, it’s busy” and did not offer any kind of discount or other options as apology. To pay over $60 for food that you serve yourself (and most of the dishes were low to empty) for 3 adults and 1 child while receiving such bad service is an insult.

Tea is now $2 so might as well get a drink for an extra dollar or 2. If any of the trays are near empty and look dry dont eat. Let them refill. They are good about that.

We arrived around 830 so the buffet was somewhat limited. We asked for some fried chicken wings since rhey were out and they gladly made some up. Greatly appreciated!
