Inexpensive Chinese food. If this is something you enjoy, China Ocean will not disappoint. Egg rolls are good, and their green beans were great. I had orange chicken, it was good. Service was fast and friendly. There’s a lot of places to eat in the downtown underground, and this one is decent enough to eat at more than once. Not impressive enough for five stars, but it is good.

Waste of $9! No taste/seasoning whatsoever. The ladies preparing the plate tried their hardest to give the smallest servings possible. I am literally taking it home to feed my dog! LOL
