Ordered General Taos chicken and was given fake chicken. It was all breading filler. A couple pieces has some tiny pieces of stringy dry meat but mostly was just fake breading. The rice tasted like how cardboard smells. My rice was neon yellow and the sauce was bright red. I should have looked at the food before I left. Hands down the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The counter worker was very rude. I asked if he could give my portion of veggies that came with my order to my partner. He very rudely declined even though I had to pay for the veggies anyway. When the food came out the chicken was not real it was very doughy no meat at all. Since eating this I have had severe diarrhea and vomiting. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to pick up food here , gave dude at the desks a Wells Fargo debit card that read ATM card at the corner . He wouldn’t take it , he rudely said that they don’t accept Those types of cards there , and that I’m the first person to ever go in there with a card like that and try to buy anything . I was confused , it was a Wells Fargo issued Debit card , I use it for everything !! But he continued trying to belittle me in front of his co workers , and quiet honestly I felt like he was acting like this because he was a racist . His attitude was that of someone who doesn’t trust you inside of of their store and just wants you gone. If you care for this place still , the food was okay , I had to use my Apple Pay which was connected to the same card in order to be given my food . If it wasn’t because my co workers were relying on me to bring back their lunch I would of just left those plates there. The lack of respect in this one man was enough for me to say I’m no longer going over there , it can happen to you , or it may not , maybe this comment changes their characters around … or it may not … but today I felt discriminated against , 100% less than

China One was a restaurant that we lived the tastes. But now, they’re cutting back on sauces. I just had a pork egg foo young with white rice. They used to provide a small container of sauce. They eliminated that and added sauce in the container with the patties. Today, it was totally dry. It was awful. I’ve been going there since they opened. Here forward, I will go down the street to the other Chinese restaurant.

I’m only leaving a one star review bc I don’t have the option to leave less. This was by far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, and I’ve experienced an attempt at sweet and sour chicken in county lock up. I ordered general Tsos chicken and I’m not quite sure what I got, but it wasn’t that. I ordered extra spicy and extra crispy chicken and this dish was neither. I called in to complain about my bland, tasteless and Luke warm meal and the guy started with “when you let fried food sit”…I promptly explained that I’m a professional chef so save the excuses bc you messed my food up. He refused a refund unless I drove back my uneaten portion. I explained I was already back to work and wasn’t running back out. I then threw my uneaten portion in the trash, I didn’t even save the container to use for leftover food in the future which I always do bc I’m cheap. Save your money people this place truly sucks.

This food by far was the worst I ever had. We still have every platter we ordered. A 65.00 bill to get hard rice that seem like it never touched a pan to be cooked. The boneless ribs are hard strips the only thing that was soft was all the fat strips. I don’t know how this place remains open. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for food poisoning. Don’t know how anyone gives them a good rating it’s sad. Don’t waste your money learn from my experience.

Been ordering from here for years. Food is good. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they always have a issue with there credit card processing. Apparently they can’t process a Santander Business debit card. It’s always a dragged out process and then you either have to use a credit card or pay cash. It’s a shame food is good but enough is enough. I will never order from here again!!!!!!!
