First time we ever had this place. Ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. Gotten these things several times from different places across the country, but no one has ever done it like china one in Crestview. Nothing fried about the chicken fried rice, looked boiled. Same with the chow mein, saw one noodle and mostly just onion and more boiled chicken. Smelled terrible. Threw it away and went to arbys, that’s how you know. If this is how they do it, fine I guess, but if this is how they do the basics, I will not be back to try anything else.

I don’t normally leave reviews but it bothered me this was place is only 3.5 stars. Lot of reviews are lady that takes orders isn’t super personable. Really? I’ve ordered probably 50+ large family meals over 9 years and it’s always correct and food is consistent. It’s a fair value for what you pay for in my opinion.

I really like this place dont get me wrong. But… the gentleman working the register keeps getting orders wrong. I found out by calling in my order so instead I went in and ordered. Wrong, I asked for a small order of shrimp fried rice extra $3 shrimp with onions only. Instead I got small order of shrimp fried rice( 5 pieces of shrimp) with extra $3 onions!! Like I said I really like the place but something has to be done with this.

Should be zero stars. China 1 by south Publix is beyond awful. Mad if you go in and order. It’s like you’re bothering them in their empty store. If you’re starving, starve. It would be better than their food.

Steamed and fried dumplings are GREAT. House fried rice with extra shrimp (add salt and pepper) is delicious and the LoMein is always a hit with my kids. I consider the lady on the phone taking orders to be very professional and thorough.

The lady at the counter was not friendly and made it a bad experience. I ordered $35 worth of food (including spring rolls and egg rolls) and asked for red sauce when I picked it up. It’s normally included with the rolls. She made me pay for it even when I questioned iI. I probably won’t go back based off her attitude. Food was decent.
