Since I moved to Cape Girardeau, this has been my go to place for the best chinese food delivered!! These folks put their heart and soul into their meals! My family and I came to the China Palace after a swim meet at the bubble today. We were greeted at the door as soon as we walked in by the super friendly employees. After placing our order and going to our booth to sit down our food arrived in no time and was super hot. Our food was delicious and the portions were very large. My wife and I both ordered the generals chicken and our daughter had the sweet and sour chicken. The three of us all agreed that the China Palace will be on our list of local eateries when we travel to Cape Girardeau for swim!

I love to try Chinese food from different places so I’m always excited to eat. I looked at the reviews and they all seemed good. So I got sesame chicken with fried rice and orange chicken with fried rice 2 egg rolls. Unfortunately the “chicken” looked just breaded and flavored. The rice like a lump with no flavor. Typically fried rice has vegetables and has a brown tint but it looked like yellow rice. I had to leave a recent review because all the reviews seemed sometime ago. Just don’t eat there.

I had my food delivered. I got 2 orders of fried dumplings and crab rangoon. The rangoon was good, but, the dumpings were TERRIBLE. If you’re used to dumplings at the other restaurants in Cape then you will be sorely disappointed. The dumplings were thick with little filling. It was like eating a raw rubbery pancake. I will not be ordering that again.
