It seems a bit rough on the inside/outside but from experience it’s where all of the best Chinese food is. I ordered the egg drop soup, pu-pu platter, sesame chicken, and imperial shrimp and with tip it came to $50. And from the photo it doesn’t even show how much food I truly got. Everyone that I encountered while I was there ordering/waiting was super nice and very helpful with my questions. I was recommended to come here from a coworker and was not disappointed!

I ordered online and picked up my order. It was done I. A reasonable time and everyone was very nice when I was there. I was not a fan of the sesame apple at all and my egg foo young was nothing like I’ve had before. It was an egg patty underneath all the meat and veggies with hardly any sauce on it at all. It had decent flavor, but I’m not sure I would order it again. The Velvet Chicken and Scallops was very good. The meat was perfectly done and the white sauce was very good. The egg rolls were also different than most places. They were smaller, but there was 2 of them. They were more like spring rolls as opposed to egg rolls. I would still order it again. They do have a buffet that I’m interested in trying if I’m ever in the area during the hours they have it going. I will eat here again, but will likely try other dishes.

Meals taste great. Delivery is always hot, even when delivery is a bit late. Most times delivery is on time or early. Friendly staff. Really happy the buffet is open again.

We had the new buffet and it was amazing!!! The eggrolls were very good, tempura shrimp melted in your mouth, sesame chicken and sezchwan beef were the favorites, but honestly every dish I tried was really good. The sauces were so flavorful. We were too full for dessert, but they had some cake, puddings, cookies and an ice cream machine. Highly recommend!!!

Whenever I’m in town I have to get my China Palace fix. Alexis is a wonderful hostess and is just the right person to great the customer’s. The food is always great. I love the chicken. It’s always fresh and there’s never any fat or gristle. The vegetables too. Always fresh and cooked to perfection. And the egg rolls with the sweet red sauce. Amazing. China Palace is very affordable. The only problem is….we don’t have one in La Crosse. Thanks again China Palace for the delicious meal.

Oh my goodness! The new owner sure has created something here! Alexa is just the nicest! Our waitress Dez, was so helpful, gave recommendations when I couldn’t decide, made sure we had everything we needed. She was definitely spreading cheer around the restaurant! Everything was so delicious! I could live here! Fried wontons-best in Central WI! Spicy chicken wings-new craving! Walnut chicken-freaking bomb! Chow mein-awesome! General Tso chicken-unbelievable! Fried rice-rockin! Portion sizes-extravagant! Staff was so friendly, they were very accommodating for kids. Extremely clean. I could eat here every day! This is going to be a regular restaurant for us now. Also my husband agrees… so x2 this whole thing!
