Delivery was over an hour and a half late and service was horrible. They always forget something in the order you placed. Seems like they just want your money. Service was so bad previously before that my wife and I decided to just order takeout and pick it up instead so they wouldn’t be late and forget something and when I arrived 45 minutes after I placed the order and after I gave him my card, I found out they hadn’t made it yet and right as he’s about to ring up the order I asked how long it would take and please don’t ring me up until I know because I really thought of going somewhere else and he was completely ignoring me and charging my card anyway as I’m arguing with him over it. They just want your money and they do not care about the customer. They lost a good and loyal customer of over 2 years. I’ll never go back.

THE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!. I have never been more disgusted. The driver showed up an hour and forty five minuets after ordering. He was super rude. But when I opened my order of sweet and sour chicken I found a dead cockroach after a few bites, this was the most disgusting food experience of my life.I called the restaurant to complain about what just happened, the lady said that the driver will be back to pick up the food and process a refund. The driver got to the door and said how i had a few bites so they are not refunding my money, after i showed him the roach.I called back the restaurant and spoke with the lady, to tell her how rude her driver treated her customer. The lady said he was her husband and she will not be giving me a refund even though their was a roach in my food. Never again and according to health code violation they are not supposed to take food they have delivered from the home back to their restaurant. i am assuming that this is not the first time because they didn’t seem surprised and they asked for the food back. So if they have done it once that means they have done it before, which you might be eating reheated food that someone returned after tasting and not liking.

The cost for the meal was great. I got a couple of combination meals and they cam with the meal, an egg roll, and a cup of soup. Lot of food for the price. The food itself was terrible. I eat Chinese ALL THE TIME… This was THE worst food I have had. I really want my money back…
