We are very fortunate to have two very talented chefs: chef Yin and chef Rui. It is from the extensive travels and experiences of our two chefs that our wide variety of culinary traditions and dining choices are derived. Bamboo House is hands down the best Chinese restaurant (not just one of the best) in Nashville! Your guys who order only American Chinese food here should try to ask for the authentic Chinese menu. The menu offers a wide range of traditional Chinese favorites and unique, flavorful creations made with exceptional ingredients. The warm ambiance and attentive service add to the dining experience. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointed experience. From the moment I entered, I noticed the lack of service and poor customer experience. Rather than being greeted and shown to a table, I was left to figure it out on my own. It was an unpleasant surprise to learn that payment had to be made upfront before being seated. To make matters worse, even basic amenities like water came at an additional cost.

To start the hospitality here is great the woman at the front is super kind and caring about the food and service. There is a decent selection of food, and the atmosphere is typical corner store Chinese ambiance. One sanitary thing is the fan easily hadn’t been cleaned for 6 months. I was there for ramen and appetizers. Can’t speak for the Chinese food but the ramen isn’t ramen. The broth didn’t have a lot of flavor and the pork was just covered in sauce but bland when put into the ramen. My favorite part which is the end was fried. 1 yr in Japan and I never had a fried egg in ramen. The steamed dumpling were cooked great but lacked the punch of pork flavor I was looking for. The crab Rangoons were good and made in-house those were the star of my meal. The price was very reasonable. Thank you for the hospitality.

Tried ordering online yesterday and company took card information online and everything. I was told the food here is great. I received a text stating my order would be ready in 25minutes. I arrive and the door is locked and sign is off. Someone comes to the door and tells me my order won’t be made and to come back the next day.
