My colleague recommended this place but I was half-hearted and sceptical after reading a couple of negative reviews that were posted recently. I decided to give it a shot. All that changed the moment I took my first bite. Hearty portions of comfort food (meat to rice ratio is almost 50:50!). Pricing is unbelievable in NYC. Reasonable is an understatement. Went 2 days in a row for a quick dinner fix. Panda Express move aside! This place is a no-brainer for your Chinese takeaway.

I ordered chicken&broccoli, and I have to say that it’s really good. The service was quick, even with being busy I was only standing there for at least 10 minutes before getting my food. I haven’t tried the others yet, but I highly recommend getting the chicken and broccoli 🙂

I was in the mood for homemade chicken soup and I stopped by here during lunch. service was fast but it’s not ideal for dining in. The place could use some love; it’s kind of cluttered. But the soup was extremely tasty.

I ordered the Beef with broccoli with hot and spicy soup, and the food taste great! Comes with lunch and Dinner special, portion is just nice too! Strictly only for take away. And very decently priced. And don’t be deceived by the untidy interior of their restaurant with just a takeaway counter, it’s definitely worth a try for those craving for their comfort food.

I’m a long time customer at this restaurant and the past 2 times they messed up my order. One time they gave the order to someone else then today they gave me pork fried rice when I ordered regular fried rice. This place doesn’t care about its customers and I won’t be returning here. You just lost a customer. Terrible service. Avoid this place.
