If it wasn’t for my kid loving the food or the sweet girl that usually takes the orders china sails would of lost a good customer this sunday. The older gentleman who took my order needs an attitude adjustment. I ordered M3 off the menu he gave me c3. If you don’t do M3 on sundays I clearly understand. Worst part he tried to argue with me. But don’t try to tell me I ordered something I didn’t insulting my Intelligence. China sails, love your food not your service.

TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered food, discovered the chicken fingers appeared to have been refried! Hard, greasy and dried out meat! Called back and owner said he’d resend….no one ever showed up. The next day I not only discovered I was charged for the entire dinner….but the DELIVERY GUY WROTE HIS OWN $3.52 TIP on the $19.48 order!!!! I called back and the owner basically said, “Tough!”
