We have been ordering from China Saute many years. Never complained about anything. Last time we ordered the wings they were very dark over cooked and tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. We went back with the wings to let them know and the owner (lady) got very upset/angry that we were not happy with the wings. She was not willing to re make them or give us all our money back she gave us half our money back and told us to no longer order from there. I was surprised as to how she handled the situation. We had been loyal customers for years and never had a issue before. I would not recommend ordering from there because if there is anything you may not like she is not willing to nicely fix the problem. She was very rude to us.

My favorite chinese food restaurant in Charlotte, it reminds me of the restaurant I grew up on from back home called Taiwan’s on university in Berkeley CA. Sweet and Sour shrimp, shrimp fried rice ( they do shrimp good) and chicken lo-mein in Cali it’s called chowmein but we’ve adapted, & mama that answers the phone and handles the orders is so Sweet! #BAYMONEYTAROT on YouTube

The lady taking orders is rude. I asked for my total and she didn’t understand what I was asking. Started yelling at me and telling me I must buy the food. I tried to explain to her I just want the total so I know how much I’m paying she hung up me. It’s cool. NY chines foods better anyway.

It’s the most testy mix vegetable and shrimp with garlic sauce. I read some reviews about delivery. That is nothing to do with the food. The food is beyond your imagination. I’ll make sure to visit again soon. I’ll let you know if any updates in the future. Please owner. Keep the good job.

Horrible customer service! Rude owner likes to hang up on you mid conversation all because you want it delivered. Horrible attitude as well it’s sad bc we used to love this place now we order elsewhere. Treat your customers with respect.

The food was really good, I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp, it was a good size portion and the vegetables were fresh that were used. The yum yum sauce was delicious and the owner was very friendly and funny. She made sure that everything was as it was supposed to be.
