Just WOW. Words can’t even describe how GOOD this food is. I have tried sooo many places and I’ve never found one that has everything tasting super flavorful and mouth watering. The crab Rangoons are filled and perfect!!! Another thing most places don’t do! The sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice was cooked perfect. The chicken has the perfect texture, I am so happy to finally have found the place I’ll be ordering from for now on!! Thank you China Spring!!!

I usually don’t have issues with this place but to this day I can’t understand how they don’t get the order correctly when I placed the combo orange chicken and said no spicy make it sweet and to my surprise it was too spicy I couldn’t barely finish it! So I called to make a complaint and all they can say is “sorry your order didn’t turn out great we will offer you 2 egg rolls and a soda for free” I don’t want that! What I want is either redo my order correctly or give my money back! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered chicken fried rice and they sent me PORK. Unfortunately I took a spoonful and realized that something was different and immediately spit it out. It’s against my religion to eat pork. This was very traumatizing and they will never understand. I called and all I got was an apology and the option of coming by to pick up the proper order. I paid for a delivery and a tip, I was sent PORK which is against my religion. This was at night and you wanted to me to drive to your place and pick it up!! Unacceptably and very disappointing. In the process of finding a new restaurant. I will never purchase from them again, people make mistakes but it is the lack of caring and not understanding how this affected me.

This is a pretty good Chinese restaurant. The food is pretty good but the women that takes the order is pretty oblivious whenever a customer walks in and doesn’t really care about customer service, if u want good customer service ask for Grace. Overall a great Chinese takeout.

This is our usual go to restaurant, food is good. However, customer service needs major work. They have messed up a couple of times on our pick up orders and we let it slide. Tonight was a 3rd time and the take out woman is the absolute worst! They gave us the completely incorrect order. My husband then had to drive back to the restaurant and wait for them to make the correct one. Then she has the audacity to charge him $9 because the order she incorrectly gave us was $9 less! What in the actual F! They have no general concept of what customer service is. If you mess up, make sure you make the customer feel like you at least cared a little bit. We will sadly have to find a new establishment.

We have been a customer of China Spring and never had an issue until today. My office ordered lunch from there, I ordered the Garlic Chicken combination, food arrived with no garlic sauce. Just plain breaded chicken. Called and they said they will deliver it. 45 mins go by and still no sauce. Called to get my meal refunded cause who wants soggy chicken? They said no cause we ate the egg roll and soup!!! Seriously!??????? I got a refund of $5!!!! My family and office will never ordered from them again. Customer Service stinks. Especially after all the ordering we have done in the past.
